William Almon Wheeler (June 30, 1819 – June 4, 1887) was an American politician and attorney who served as the 19th vice president of the United States from 1877 to 1881 under President Rutherford B.
He read for a degree at King's College London, and in 1867 became a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, from which he was the recipient of the Telford Medal.
