The 2020–21 SK Slavia Prague season was the club's 28th season in the Czech First League. Slavia were reigning League champions, and participated in the Czech First League, Czech Cup, and the UEFA Champions League.

The team was established in 1927 as SK Staré Město and on 1 July 2000 as 1. FC Synot, which was a merger of the original club with FC Slovácká Slavia Uherské Hradiště. [1 ] Since 2009 the club has played in the Czech First League.
