Rachel Stevens se narodila 9.4.1978 v Anglii. Už odmala se věnuje umění a v patnácti zvítězila v modelingové soutěži z 2000 přihlášených dívek ! V roce 1998 se dostala do legendární skupiny S Club 7, ve které strávila necelých pět let. Zpívala, točila seriály a dokonce i filmy.
