José María Gil-Robles y Gil-Delgado (17. června 1935 Madrid – 13. února 2023) byl španělský soudce a politik. V letech 1997 až 1999 zastával funkci 23. předsedy Evropského parlamentu. Byl členem Lidové strany, za kterou byl v období 1989 až 2004 poslancem Evropského parlamentu.
