Jaakko Nousiainen (20 December 1931 – 24 March 2022) was a Finnish academic who was a professor of political science, [1 ] and has served as a chancellor of the University of Turku.
She has illustrated dozens of children’s books over the years including illustrations for the texts by Hannele Huovi, Hannu Mäkelä, Leena Laulajainen, Katri Tapola and Riitta Jalonen.
The Finlandia Prize (Finnish: Finlandia-palkinto; Swedish: Finlandiaprisen) is a set of Finnish literary prizes awarded by the Finnish Book Foundation to "celebrate reading and highlight new Finnish first-rate literature."
He has an empathy with Mozart’s music, with clear, sparkling runs and finger-work but also achieved a beautiful cantabile sound in the second movement.
