Mikhail Gennadyevich Delyagin (Russian: Михаи́л Генна́дьевич Деля́гин, IPA: [mʲɪxɐˈil ɡʲɪˈnadʲjɪvʲɪdʑ dʲɪˈlʲæɡʲɪn]; born 16 March 1968) is a Russian author, economist and member of the State Duma.
