David Hayes, Music Director of Nychoral, is a conductor with an unusually broad range of repertory spanning the symphonic, oratorio, choral and operatic genres.
Hayes produced a 2015 EP of live performances for Moreland called "Stages" that featured concert recordings with all members of The Quartet and, in 2017, he produced Gwyneth Moreland's "Cider."
Hayes received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1953, and a M.F.A. degree from Indiana University Bloomington in 1955 where he studied with David Smith.
