Ioannis Papagiannopoulos or Ioannis Moragiannis-Deligiannis (1738–1816) was one of the most powerful Proestos (Kodjabashis) of the Peloponnese. [1 ] He received the nickname "Deligiannis" because of his lively character (Deli= crazy).
